About UP Uppsala

UP Uppsala is a development and performance center for all kind of physical activity and sports. UP Uppsala´s large and inspiring facility creates the right conditions for improved health and increased performance for individuals, companies, sport clubs and elite athletes.

Here you have the opportunity to train at the gym, participate in group training, get massages, treatments, rehabilitation, counseling or carry out tests. Everything is done by UP Uppsala´s competent staff.
