Earn money for your team!

Arenahotellet Cashback is our way of giving back to the community. For every paid hotel night, we give 8% back to your team. When your team/association recommends hotel stays at Arenahotellet to companies, sponsors, individuals, relatives, visiting teams, and when your team stays here, you get money back to your team.

It is based on recommendations, requiring minimal effort to get real money back and costs nothing extra for any party.

Recommending the hotel can be done in several ways. Here are some examples: Training camps in your sport, tournaments, visiting teams, etc. To companies and sponsors, conferences, training, kick-offs, various events, and to family, relatives, and friends.

Cashback is paid out to teams twice a year (January and July). Cashback is active 365 days a year. Fill out the form and become part of Cashback if you want to support your team.

Here’s How

Association / Team

  1. Contact us by email and provide your contact details and the name of your team and association and await feedback from us.
  2. After the feedback, you will receive a team code and a customer card in our system.
  3. Communicate this code to all concerned in invitations, member mailings, to sponsors, etc., which they can provide when booking hotel rooms.
  4. For tournaments or your own competitions, contact the hotel for a special code.
  5. Done! You are now part of Arenahotellet Cashback.


Example: Uppsala BoIS Ladies received almost 12,000 SEK back and Almtuna Team 06 could add 8,000 SEK to their team fund. Both teams recommended staying with us when they organized a tournament. Minimal effort and easy extra money.

Company

  1. Contact us by email and provide your contact details and the name of your group and company and await feedback from us.
  2. After the feedback, you will receive a group code in our system.
  3. Communicate this code to all concerned, which they can provide when booking hotel rooms.
  4. Done! You are now part of Arenahotellet Cashback.


Example: Company X wants to sponsor team Y and chooses to book their conference/training at Arenahotellet. There are 20 people from company X who therefore need to stay one night at Arenahotellet. 8% cashback in this case gives 1,600 SEK to team Y.
