Next to the relaxation area, there is a relaxation lounge with comfortable armchairs and chairs to unwind in. This area is for hotel guests and for larger group bookings. Swimwear is required!

Book our Relaxation Package
If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with an overnight stay, we strongly recommend our relaxation package. So you can unwind and recover from everyday stress and worries.
The package includes one night’s stay at Arenahotellet and gives you access to the hotel’s relaxation area and other relaxing facilities.
Larger Groups
If you are a larger group, family, or company, it’s perfectly possible to reserve the relaxation area for yourselves. Currently, we accommodate a maximum of 10 people for group bookings. Price: 3000 SEK for 1-10 people, with the relaxation area booked for the entire group for 2 hours. On-site, there are bathrobes & slippers for the entire group, and snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

As our hotel guest, you naturally get the best price. Enjoy a quiet moment with your family, your partner, or why not some time for yourself.
Private Groups
Celebrate the bride-to-be or groom-to-be with us. Enjoy a warm sauna, good drinks, and a panoramic view over Uppsala. Start the unforgettable evening in our relaxation and lounge room with comfortable armchairs and a TV, where you can, for example, play a slideshow, talk about old memories, and have a pleasant time together. Drinks and snacks can be pre-ordered according to your needs.
Corporate Groups
Do you and your company want to combine business with pleasure and luxurious relaxation, while strengthening team spirit? Arenahotellet’s relaxation area might be the solution! Here you can enjoy the comfortable jacuzzi and the hot sauna, allowing tense muscles and strained forehead wrinkles to get much-needed rest. The crowning glory is the view over the sports fields with a bright and lively city center as a backdrop.
